Qualifications

• O Levels are the minimum qualification required.
• Proficient with MS Office and MS Outlook.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Attention to detail in administrative data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receives, records and transmits guest requests accurately.
• Maintains information flow within the department to meet standards and guest satisfaction.
• Supports financial target awareness for the department and hotel.
• Performs administrative duties and helps maintain housekeeping store inventory and cleanliness.
• Familiar with safety, first aid, and fire/emergency procedures; operates equipment safely.
• Logs security incidents and accidents per hotel requirements.
• Tracks and follows up on tasks in a timely manner.
