Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport in Singapore invites a cheerful Bellman to be the first welcome for guests, assisting with luggage, opening doors, and guiding VIP arrivals. You’ll help guests settle in and point them to services with a smile.

Daily duties include aiding check-in/out via self-service kiosks, sharing local recommendations, coordinating with departments, and ensuring a smooth, personalised guest experience from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification in GCE O levels.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including mornings, afternoons and nights.
• Independent and motivated with a friendly personality.
• Knowledge of Singapore attractions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting guests with their luggage from taxi/car/transportation.
• Assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing car and taxi doors.
• Be aware of daily arrivals and departures with emphasis on VIPs.
• Communicating with different departments to welcome VIP guests.
• Assisting guests with the check-in/check-out process via self-check in kiosks.
• Guiding the guest through check-out process and answering basic billing enquiries.
• Providing basic information of the room e.g. directions, room type and basic features.
