Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, draft, and provide legal advice on a wide range of documents, including sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, financing documents, commercial contracts, memoranda of understanding, letters of offer, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive legal and commercial support to business units across the organization, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance, corporate governance, company constitutions, marketing materials, and contractual matters.
  • Liaise and collaborate effectively with external legal advisors, government authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely, compliant, and cost‑efficient legal services, including document execution, notarization, and statutory filings.
  • Work closely with regional business units to identify, address, and resolve legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and update the company's risk management policies, conduct risk assessments, and manage the corporate risk register.
  • Handle all information with the highest level of confidentiality and uphold professional and ethical standards in all legal, administrative, and secretarial activities.
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, appointment coordination, and preparation of meeting minutes and presentation materials.
  • Support the Chairman by anticipating needs, acting as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, conveying instructions clearly, and ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, both onsite and virtual, ensuring seamless logistics and execution.
  • Arrange and manage complex travel arrangements for business and personal trips, including visa applications, flights, and accommodations.
  • Perform additional secretarial, administrative, and ad‑hoc duties as assigned by Management to support efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of driving experience (Singapore type 3A, Automatic MPV Car) is an advantage.
  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Flexible to travel overseas as needed.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with English and Chinese‑speaking stakeholders.
