Junior Legal Associates (Singapore Qualified) (NQ to 2PQ)

Employment Law | Dispute Resolution

Breakpoint LLC is an established disputes-only boutique focusing on a wide range of international and Singapore-seated commercial disputes. We are amongst a handful of specialist boutiques recognised by the major legal directories in international arbitration and litigation.

We are looking to hire two Singapore-qualified Associates, including one with a primary focus on employment law. In our employment-based mandates, we work closely with founders, senior management, and businesses navigating high-stakes issues.

What You’ll Do
  • Be exposed to a wide range of commercial and non-commercial disputes
  • Work directly with the lead partner in all matters
  • Attend Court and arbitration hearings, occasionally as the lead counsel
  • For employment-based mandates in particular, engage with and advising on employment contracts, policies, terminations, and workplace compliance, and broader HR-related issues
Who We’re Looking For
  • Comfortable with both contentious advisory and advocacy work (or keen to develop both)
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who can engage clients confidently and professionally
  • Commercially minded and solution-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple matters in a fast-moving practice
