The candidate will support the Legal, Regulatory and Compliance Department.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contractual, corporate and other legal documentation in close consultation with business and represent business in legal and contractual negotiations.
• Review and advise on internal legal, corporate and compliance policies and procedures.

Compliance

• Support APEX Group’s regulatory compliance work.
• Develop, maintain and implement compliance training program.

Requirements

• University degree in law from reputable institutions.
• Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 1 year experience either in private practice or in-house.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong team player.
• Compliance experience in financial institutions will be an advantage.
