Qualifications

• Education & Certification: Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Admin, Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation & Programme Delivery and weekly Orientation Programme coordination.
• Talent Development & Learning Support; administrative and operational support for training logistics, registrations, attendance, and post-programme evaluation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors on scheduling, materials, venues, and participant communications.
• Maintain and update training records in the Workday Learning; assist in training reports and dashboards.
• HR Data, Reporting & Documentation; maintain up-to-date training records and assist in data analysis.
