Job summary

ctes consulting pte. ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Learning & OD to join our HR team in Singapore. The role focuses on learning administration, LMS management, and budgeting, with emphasis on data preparation and stakeholder liaison.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or equivalent and 2–3 years of L&D experience, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to support various HR initiatives and staff development activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant L&D experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Support review of functional competencies for divisions.
• Learning Administration: LMS admin, add/remove admins, handle staff LMS queries.
• Monitor learning budget utilization; provide quarterly updates.
• Prepare LNA data and dashboards; assist HODs with slides.
• Coordinate HR communications and quarterly HR Bulletin; manage intranet updates.
