THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is partnering with a leading industrial player to hire an experienced L&D Manager who will spearhead learning and development initiatives across the organisation.

You will develop strategies, identify gaps, design programs and collaborate with leaders to drive talent development and operational effectiveness while ensuring training compliance and platform governance. The role requires a degree in HR/Business/ Psych, 10+ years in L&D/OD, and strong

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of L&D and OD experience with people management.
• Strong experience in training design, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an advantage.
• Manufacturing or technology industry experience; ACTA/ACLP certification is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong analytical and agile work style.

• Identify skills gaps and design effective training programmes.
• Partner with business leaders to drive talent development and organisational effectiveness.
• Oversee learning platforms, training compliance and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with external partners to support workforce upskilling.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

• Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant L&D and OD experience, with people management experience.
• Strong experience in training design, facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors Learning experience is an advantage.
• Manufacturing or technology industry experience and ACTA/ACLP certification would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong analytical skills and a flexible and agile work style
