Job summary

NHG Health in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Centre of Excellence for Learning and Development. The role leads development and delivery of company-wide learning initiatives and talent development plans, aligning with managerial competency programmes.

Responsibilities include guiding cluster-level HRD initiatives, partnering with internal institutions and external providers, and shaping learning strategies to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• At least 8–10 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Experience in conceptualizing, developing frameworks and executing HRD plans.
• Experience in designing, developing and implementing L&D programmes.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and facilitation of cluster-wide HRD interventions including leadership, people managers and personal effectiveness development.
• Coordinate cluster-level HRD initiatives and processes as well as government initiatives.
• Shape HRD strategy to meet organization learning needs and review HRD policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and administer training approvals.
