National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Centre of Excellence for Learning and Development. You will design and execute company-wide learning initiatives, talent development plans and managerial competencies programmes, partnering with institutions and government agencies.

You will guide a team, develop frameworks, implement Lamp;D programmes, and drive change management across the organization.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years in similar HRD and learning roles.
• Experience designing and delivering Lamp;D programmes.
• Strong English, interpersonal and stakeholder skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and facilitation of cluster-wide HRD interventions.
• Coordinate cluster HRD initiatives and government learning programs.
• Shape HRD strategies to meet organizational learning needs.
• Review HRD policies and provide input for improvements.
• Partner with internal and external learning bodies and MOH/H.
