We are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Learning Engagement Specialist to lead innovative educational programmes that integrate STEM, STEAM, and Futuristic Technology Enrichment for learners from age 3 onwards.

You will design, implement, and manage programmes in AI, robotics, quantum computing, space tech, biotech, and sustainability innovation, nurturing curiosity and future-ready skills in young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage enrichment programmes in emerging technologies.
• Coordinate delivery across preschools, schools, and community venues.
• Recruit, mentor, and support freelance instructors.
• Engage schools, parents, and partners through workshops and showcases.
• Experienced in end-to-end programme management in STEM/STEAM fields.

Requirements:

1. Passionate about future-ready education and emerging technologies.
2. Experienced in end-to-end programme management in STEM/STEAM fields (curriculum design experience is an advantage).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva for digital content creation and presentation design.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Creative, adaptable, and forward-thinking.
6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, revenue-generating environment where enrolment growth is key.
7. Willing to observe classes on some weekday evenings and weekends, and participate in trade or road shows.
