Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced learning and development professional in Singapore to support the development of communications capabilities through well‑designed programmes and strong external partnerships. You will curate high‑quality training opportunities, coordinate learning activities, and drive participation across internal stakeholders.

The role focuses on planning webinars, managing end‑to‑end webinar operations, and expanding partnerships with training institutions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years experience in learning and development or related field
• Experience sourcing and curating training programmes
• Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Identify and curate relevant learning programmes to strengthen core communications competencies.
• Source, evaluate, and package training modules and materials from external providers.
• Maintain and improve a structured learning resource mapping courses to competencies and proficiency levels.
• Plan and execute communications-focused webinars, engaging industry practitioners and SMEs.
• Manage end-to-end webinar operations from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate an annual learning calendar and support quarterly planning cycles.
• Design and implement internal publicity and engagement to promote learning offerings.
• Build and expand partnerships with training institutions and industry professionals.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to support learning needs.
• Provide project management support for capability development initiatives including learning platforms.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of ongoing learning activities.
• Provide general admin and coordination support for learning initiatives.
