Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Learning & Development professional to establish governance for competency frameworks across multiple domains, curate training pathways, and liaison with Business Units on needs analysis and vendor support.

The role focuses on building scalable programmes, organizing capability-building events, and driving continuous improvement aligned with company goals. Valued candidates will have HR credentials and 3+ years in this field.

Qualifications

• At least a degree in Human Resources or relevant certifications.
• At least 3 years of experience developing competency-based learning frameworks within structured HR environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, set up systems, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance structures, appoint leads, and work with stakeholders to build competency frameworks across various domains.
• Curate and implement training pathways, flagship programmes, and orientation sessions aligned with the competency framework and adult learning principles.
• Conduct learning needs analysis, source vendors, and support implementation of training initiatives as the key liaison for Business Units.
• Organize capability-building events and review programme effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
