Job summary

INICIO GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Learning & Development to support the planning and delivery of training, professional development programmes and events.

You will coordinate training logistics, manage registrations, liaise with speakers and external vendors, prepare materials, and assist with budgets and post-event reporting. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing & Communications, Learning & Development or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, training, events or professional development.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with good attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple programmes and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of training and professional development programmes.
• Manage programme and event logistics, including registrations, venues and F&B arrangements.
• Coordinate with speakers, facilitators, exhibitors, vendors and external service providers.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for speakers where required.
• Prepare presentation materials, programme information and event documentation.
• Support event publicity and preparation of promotional materials.
• Assist with programme budgets, payment collection, invoices and financial reporting.
• Monitor registrations and provide updates leading up to and following each programme.
• Support on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Handle post-event follow-up, attendance records and outstanding payments.
• Prepare post-event reports and analysis.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Learning & Development team.
