is seeking an experienced L&D professional to support the development of communications capabilities through well‑designed learning programmes, strong external partnerships, and effective engagement initiatives at Jalan Besar. The role covers learning programme sourcing & curation, webinar coordination, learning calendar management, external partnerships, and project management support, with a requirement of at least five years in L&D and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 5 years+ in learning and development, capability development, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and curating training programmes.
• Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Learning Programme Sourcing & Curation: identify and curate relevant studies to strengthen core communications competencies.
• Webinar Coordination & Delivery: plan, coordinate and execute webinars with practitioners and experts.
• Learning Calendar & Engagement: plan annual learning calendar and promote offerings to encourage participation.
• External Partnerships: build partnerships with training institutions and professionals.
• Project Management Support: provide PM support for capability development initiatives and platforms.
• Administrative Support: provide general coordination for learning-related initiatives.
