Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Learning and Development professional for a 1-year contract in Central Singapore.

You will identify and curate learning programmes, source external training materials, and manage webinars and engagement to strengthen core communications competencies. You will coordinate an annual learning calendar, design internal publicity, build external partnerships, and provide project management support for capability development initiatives with admin support.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in learning and development or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and curating training programmes.
• Strong project management, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Learning Programme Sourcing & Curation: Identify and curate relevant learning programmes to strengthen core communications competencies.
• Source, evaluate, and package training modules and materials from external providers.
• Maintain and continuously improve a structured learning resource mapping courses to competencies and proficiency levels.
