Job summary

TDCX Singapore is seeking a Training and Development professional to design, implement, and assess in-house training programs that align with our strategic goals. You will develop modules, deliver sessions to diverse teams, and evaluate outcomes for continual improvement.

Applicants should have at least a GCE A level or Diploma and a minimum of three years in a contact centre or service industry training environment, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in handling contact centre or service industry training.
• Experience with curriculum development and course material review management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local market language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
• Design and develop training modules based on organizational needs.
• Deliver training sessions using diverse instructional methods.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide improvements.
• Maintain training records for compliance and reporting.
• Support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.

What is your mission?

You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
• Design and develop relevant training modules based on individual/departmental/company needs.
• Development, delivery and assessment of in-house programs.
• Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training modules in line with the strategic plan of raising capabilities and developing talents to reinforce our people effectiveness.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve existing staff performance.
• Deliver training sessions through using various instructional methods to accommodate different learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and outcomes for compliance and reporting
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'A' level or Diploma in any field.
• At least three (3) years of relevant experience in handling contact centre cases in a call centre or service industry environment.
• Possess exceptional supervisory skills.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
• Experience with curriculum development and course material review management
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
• Competent in e-content and design development, Excellent presentation skills and training delivery, with knowledge of various training methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market.
• Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
