Job summary

TDCX Group is seeking a dedicated Quality/Training Manager to drive trainer evaluation, curriculum design and program ROI. You will lead development plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and ensure high standards across global training initiatives.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to refresh content, implement best practices in adult learning, and mentor trainers to accelerate capability growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in training, L&D, or QA management.
• Experience in policies, process documentation, training materials and people management.
• Strong facilitation and English communication; knowledge of adult learning theories.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate trainers' performance through coaching, mentoring, observations and assessments.
• Set team and individual goals aligned with program or company goals.
• Design curricula based on needs analysis, employee feedback and client expectations.
• Monitor and report on training program effectiveness and ROI.
• Liaise with teams and clients to keep knowledge base updated and ensure updates are implemented.
• Apply leadership techniques to meet individual development needs.
• Support continual improvement of the Quality Management System.
