Job summary

TDCX, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training for new hires across products, soft skills, and on-the-job learning.

You will create training materials, multimedia aids, and manuals, and ensure regular follow-ups to measure effectiveness. Qualifications

• Advanced degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training or a similar role.
• Excellent presentation and training delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver full training programs for new hires.
• Develop training materials, manuals, and multimedia aids.
• Follow up on training effectiveness and feedback.
• Evaluate and improve existing training programs.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis to improve staff performance.
• Drive service quality initiatives within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain the Quality Management System.
