TDCX, Inc. Singapore seeks a Training & Quality Manager to drive performance through coaching, curriculum design and needs analysis. You will align goals with program and company objectives, design courses, monitor ROI and partner with multiple teams and clients to keep training materials up to date.

Ideal candidates bring advanced learning theories, strong English communication, and experience in e-content development to deliver impactful learning experiences at a global BPO leader.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing policies, process documentation, training, communication materials and people management.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to apply adult learning principles.
• Experience with e-content and design development.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate trainer performance through coaching, mentoring, class observations and assessments.
• Set team and individual goals aligned with program or company goals.
• Design curriculum based on needs analysis, feedback, client expectations and L&D strategies.
• Plan and oversee program performance to drive improvements in the business group.
• Monitor program effectiveness, ROI, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to keep knowledge base current.
