Job summary

Skills Development Academy PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support learners face-to-face at our training centre in Singapore. You will assist trainers, coordinate class arrangements, and respond to enquiries through multiple channels to keep the centre welcoming and well-organised.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of customer service or administrative experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, reception, administration or related experience preferred.
• Clear written and spoken communication skills.
• Good organisation, follow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work shifts and rostered weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome learners and assist with enquiries at the training centre.
• Respond to learners and companies via phone, email and walk-ins.
• Guide learners on class arrangements, attendance procedures and course-related administrative matters.
• Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure classes run smoothly.
• Prepare course materials and ensure classrooms are ready before training begins.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and training documents.
• Keep learner records up to date and contribute ideas to daily operations.
