Job summary

SKILLS DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY PTE LTD is seeking a Customer Services Executive to support learners from enrolment to course completion, ensuring a smooth and positive learning experience. You’ll liaise with learners, trainers and staff, handling inquiries by phone, email and walk-ins, coordinating schedules and preparing materials.

A 5-day work week includes weekend shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year of customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong customer-service aptitude are welcome to apply.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Good written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
• Organised and able to multitask.
• Positive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working shifts and rostered weekends.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with learners, trainers and related departments & organisations to ensure programmes run smoothly.
• Provide support for learners and companies through telephone, emails and walk-ins.
• Ensure smooth daily operational activities.
• Assist in classroom facilitation.
• Preparation of course materials.
• Administrative work (Attendance, Evaluation, Document Filing, etc).
• Monitor and schedule all trainings to ensure compliance.
• Assist in the company’s continuous improvements and training related areas.
