Job summary

Search Avenue Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager in Singapore to support daily operations and deliver excellent customer service within our learning centre. You will help manage registrations, payments and student records, and coordinate trial classes with HQ to drive enrolment.

The role requires a Diploma or higher and at least 3 years in customer service or education. Weekend and weekday shifts are required; leadership potential may lead to Centre Manager consideration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organised and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Patient and professional when engaging with parents and children.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the centre.
• Build strong relationships with parents and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Assist in achieving student enrolment and retention targets.
• Process registrations, payments, and maintain accurate student records.
• Coordinate trial classes, enrolments, promotions, and withdrawals with HQ.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor centre cleanliness, classroom readiness, and inventory of teaching materials.
• Safeguard the well-being and safety of students at all times.
• Manage petty cash and assist with administrative reporting.
• Support centre events and other operational duties as assigned.
