Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle seeks a Solutions Development Manager (WPM) in Singapore to lead development and delivery of innovative workplace management solutions across public institutions and other sectors. You will drive strategic initiatives, align with stakeholders, and shape pricing models for competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, FM, real estate or related field required.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in workplace solutions or facilities management.
• 2–3 years in solutions development or client-facing technical roles.
• Proven track record with public sector clients and Singapore procurement knowledge.
• Knowledge of ESG, sustainability and workplace technologies (IoT, BMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive workplace management solutions for public and private sectors.
• Lead innovation initiatives identifying trends and best practices.
• Design scalable solutions addressing hybrid work, space optimization and UX.
• Engage public sector stakeholders and navigate Singapore procurement processes.
• Serve as technical advisor to client executives and facilities teams.
• Lead workshops, craft narratives for proposals, and guide pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated proposals and delivery.
