Job summary

JDA WMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced project leader to oversee public-sector infrastructure projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and regulatory compliance from planning through delivery.

The role requires 8–10 years of PM experience in public-sector or infrastructure settings, a valid PSSCOC, and strong leadership with stakeholder management skills. SO Rep background is an advantage for large government initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant project management experience in public-sector or infrastructure settings.
• Valid PSSCOC with knowledge of WSH and regulatory requirements.
• SO Rep experience for large-scale government projects is advantageous.
• Strong planning, cost control, scheduling, risk and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution and delivery from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks and changes.
• Liaise with clients and authorities on requirements and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with PSSCOC, WSH and public sector guidelines.
• Monitor progress, cost and contractor performance with regular reports.
• Support procurement, tendering and contract administration as needed.
• Lead project and site coordination meetings and drive timely decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior project management team members.
