Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Singapore seeks an Associate Director for PDS Projects to lead and deliver major construction initiatives. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive project success from planning through completion.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management discipline and 15 years’ experience in design, construction, or project management.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception to handover and to mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of complex projects from establishment to closure.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers to maximise project outcomes.
• Develop and mentor less experienced colleagues in project management.
• Represent the client’s interests and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals, pricing submissions and quality templates for projects.
