Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise and motivate a service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and service procedures.
• Familiarity with Singapore food safety and hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily waitstaff activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide prompt, courteous service throughout dining experience.
• Monitor performance and coach staff to maintain excellence.
• Train staff on standards, procedures, and guest engagement.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food and beverage service.
• Assist with reservations, seating and service flow during peaks.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Assist inventory control of dining supplies and report replenishment.
• Support opening/closing procedures including cash handling.
• Assist Restaurant Manager in achieving customer satisfaction and targets.
