Job summary

Ambition is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across Singapore and ASEAN. You’ll work beyond vanilla ITSM with capabilities spanning CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, ITSM, ITOM and App Engine.

You will define architectures, blueprints and integration models, translating business requirements into scalable, secure services while mentoring delivery teams and collaborating with stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience at Architect or Senior Tech Lead level.
• Hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Experience beyond vanilla ITSM in ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of scripting, Glide APIs, integrations and platform architecture.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server and enterprise integration patterns.
• Understanding of development standards, security, governance and best practices.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across Singapore and the wider ASEAN region.

This is an opportunity to work beyond traditional vanilla ITSM implementations, with exposure to modern ServiceNow capabilities across customer, employee, field service, risk, automation and AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, ITSM, ITOM, App Engine and other ServiceNow capabilities.
• Define solution architecture, technical blueprints, integration models, development standards and platform roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design and oversee complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, MID Server and related technologies.
• Drive the adoption of AI, automation and intelligent workflows within ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and architecture standards.
• Work closely with developers, technical leads and delivery teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Mentor and coach ServiceNow developers and technical teams, helping to build strong engineering and delivery capabilities.
• Participate in client workshops, solution design and pre-sales activities where required.

What We're Looking For
