Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise and public sector environments in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

You will define technical roadmaps, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, and mentor delivery teams while partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions in an Agile setting. Shortlisted candidates will be notified.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with architect-level responsibilities.
• Strong expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, scripting, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Servers.
• Excellent consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, App Engine).
• Define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, integration frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance to delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design workshops, and strategic client engagements.

They are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Architectto lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions across enterprise and public sector environments. This is a strategic leadership role offering exposure to large-scale transformation programs, emerging AI capabilities, and multi-platform technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, IRM, and App Engine.

Requirements
