Job summary

YM GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 8+ years to lead end-to-end solutions.

You will define the technical strategy, govern platform delivery, and mentor a technical team across design, development, testing, and deployment. You will leverage Flow Designer and Integration Hub, build integrations, and develop custom apps while ensuring governance and best practices align with client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in CS, IT, or related field with 8+ years in ServiceNow design and implementation.
Proven expertise in architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including automation, integrations, and custom apps.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting (JavaScript, API).
Ability to define technical architecture, enforce governance, and follow ServiceNow and GIC best practices.
Experience leading technical teams through design, development, testing, and deployment using Agile or DevOps.

Responsibilities
