Job Description

A Tech Lead with expertise in both software development and DevOps practices. Will play a pivotal role in guiding our development and infrastructure teams, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects while implementing efficient DevOps processes.

If you are passionate about leading teams, driving innovation, and bridging the gap between development and operations, we encourage you to apply. Lead and manage a team of Senior Software Developers and DevOps Engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance. Oversee the design and implementation of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipelines automating build, test, and deployment processes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and optimize DevOps strategies and workflows.

  • Mentor and guide teams in adopting best practices for software development and DevOps, including code quality, security, and scalability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to software delivery and operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address technical challenges.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and DevOps practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead and participate in the internal hiring process of suitable candidates from the tech industry, inclusive of assessment and decision‑making.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with an understanding of cloud‑based infrastructure and services.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline setup and management, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including automation, configuration management, and monitoring.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software and infrastructure issues.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of guiding and mentoring teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • DevOps and relevant cloud certifications are a plus.
