Job summary

InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay is seeking a Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge and Bell Services teams, ensuring an exceptional guest journey from arrival to departure. You will set daily priorities, coach colleagues, and uphold service standards in a luxury hotel environment.

In this role you will partner with Front Office to tailor guest experiences, develop induction programmes, conduct on-the-job training, and manage staffing according to occupancy and VIP movements.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge management.
• Proven ability to supervise a front-desk and bell services team.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions and guest services.

Responsibilities

• Foster an engaged Concierge and Bell Services team with clear priorities.
• Supervise the Concierge and bell team to ensure prompt, professional service.
• Own lobby and front-of-house guest experience with proper training.
• Manage daily staffing in line with occupancy and VIP movements.
• Support night operations with checks on guest messages and arrivals.
• Mentor, coach and provide real-time feedback to staff.
• Educate team on local laws, health and safety and hotel policies.
• Ensure staff can recommend hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Work with Front Office Manager on induction, training and performance.
• Ensure new colleagues attend orientation.
• Coaching, counselling and disciplinary matters.
