Job summary

Hilton Singapore seeks a Chief Concierge to lead the Concierge team in delivering personalised service and memorable guest experiences, overseeing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring Hilton standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in concierge, fluent English, and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to inspire a team and deliver proactive recommendations for seamless service.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education and above.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory level position in Concierge operation.
• Fluent in English to meet business needs.
• Appreciate Hilton culture.
• Good character and ethics.
• Strictly obey the relevant laws and regulations, internal policies and implementations.
• Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, a good teamplayer, excellent interpersonal skills, sense of decency, honest and reliable.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.
• Hotel management experience preferred, but not required.
• Member of the Golden Key Association preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop luggage-related procedures and ensure staff follow them.
• Ensure information is updated and accessible for Front Office associates.
• Inform Front Office leaders of problems so assistance can be obtained.
• Train Concierge staff, appraise performance, and handle promotions or transfers.
• Ensure proper reception of Hilton Honors members and other customers at the airport for arrival and departure.
• Provide recommendations on operations to improve service, revenue, or costs.
• Maintain grooming standards per management.
• Set team goals according to hotel/department goals, policies, and practices.
• Meet reporting and servicing deadlines on time.
• Adhere to security and emergency policies.
• Understand local tourism culture to provide considerate service.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
