The role requires a High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Administration and at least 6 months' experience in guest or customer service.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in guest service or customer service.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador of the hotel providing a luxury experience with the highest standard of service.
• Greet guests warmly and learn guests' names to personalize service.
