Job summary

Guerilla Coffee Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Barista to lead and mentor Junior Baristas, ensure consistent preparation of beverages and food according to our recipes, and maintain a welcoming customer experience.

You will manage shifts, operate with a proactive attitude, communicate clearly in English, and help keep the cafe running smoothly during early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty coffee scene.
• Must possess a valid food handler certificate.
• Clear and effective English communication.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge of manual espresso machines and brewing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Guide and train Junior Baristas on SOPs.
• Lead front-of-house operations and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of coffee bar.
• Prepare and serve beverages per menu; educate customers.
• Support outlet manager and team to deliver positive experiences.
