• Singaporean or PR status required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Take customer orders and handle payments accurately.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Handle customer feedback and elevate issues when necessary.
• Prepare simple food items or light snacks.
• Support promotional activities or new product launches.
