Job summary

M STAND PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Duty Supervisor to oversee daily store operations during your shift. You will lead the barista team to deliver premium coffee and warm guest service while upholding brand standards and food safety compliance.

As on-site manager when the Store Manager is absent, you will manage rosters, inventory, training, and resolve daily issues, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on shift/ store leadership experience in Singapore F&B or coffee industry.
• Diploma or above; knowledge of local employment, taxation and food safety regulations.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English; able to serve local customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver consistent premium coffee and guest experience.
• Assist Store Manager with weekly/monthly rosters and sales targets.
• Manage shift operations: quality checks, cleanliness, inventory control, and reporting faults.
• Train new baristas and improve team's coffee skills and operations.
• Handle daily operational issues and emergencies; ensure full food safety compliance.
• Take full store management responsibility when Store Manager is off-duty.
