Job summary

11 WESTSIDE ASIA SQUARE PTE. LTD. cafe seeks a dedicated team member to craft espresso-based and non-coffee beverages to high standards. You will greet guests warmly, suggest recommendations, and ensure a positive experience in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include maintaining bar cleanliness, managing stock, assisting with cashiering, and supporting daily store operations. You will help train junior staff and contribute to events while upholding SOPs and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in coffee and café culture.
• Comfortable operating manual and semi-automatic espresso machines.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Friendly and service-driven with clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and other beverages to high standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the coffee bar and equipment.
• Engage warmly with guests, offering recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
• Monitor inventory of beans, milk, and supplies and restock when necessary.
• Support team during busy periods, including basic cashiering or service help.
• Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Oversee daily store and shift operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, product quality, and cleanliness.
• Manage store opening and closing, safeguard assets, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Support inventory control through stock estimation, usage tracking, and waste reduction.
• Maintain product quality, visual display, and merchandising standards.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and stay informed about customer demographics and local market trends.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members to ensure consistent service and operational excellence.
