Job summary

Moonbucks & Coffee Bowl Pte Ltd invites an experienced Barista Supervisor to lead our bustling Punggol café. You will oversee daily operations, train a team of baristas and servers, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of coffee preparation, leadership skills to mentor staff, and proficiency with POS systems, inventory control, and cost management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience in a café.
• Strong leadership to train and inspire a team.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation, service, and café operations.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
• Flexible hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Food hygiene certification is a plus.
• Passion for specialty coffee and café culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations including opening/closing and staff scheduling.
• Train and mentor baristas, servers, and kitchen staff to deliver service.
• Coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and POS transactions.
• Assist inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace regulations.
