Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in Aerospace MRO industry.
• Strong foundation in RR Engine overhaul and repair processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and MES platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to create and standardize MRO process instructions.
• Develop and maintain work orders and operation sequences.
• Drive process harmonization and best practice implementation.
• Support implementation of Solumina MES and user training.
• Map data transfers between SAP and MES platforms.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 and FAA/EASA standards.
