Job summary

INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator (LCL Shipments) in Jurong East for a permanent role. The position manages LCL shipment planning, optimizes container usage, and coordinates with carriers and warehouses to ensure smooth execution.

Candidates with 1–2 years of LCL experience are preferred, but training will be provided for newcomers. Immediate availability is a plus; five-day work week with specific hours and a salary package up to SG$3,700 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Diploma in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience handling LCL shipments would be preferred.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Able to start work in short notice.

Responsibilities

• Manage LCL shipment planning by consolidating cargo from various clients.
• Maximize container space usage while maintaining cargo safety.
• Communicate with external partners, warehouses, and carriers for seamless execution.
• Handle export shipment bookings with relevant carriers and service providers.
• Manage routing, vessel schedules, and cargo closing deadlines.
• Provide contingency plans and alternative shipping options to fulfill client needs.
• Maintain and update cargo data accurately within the company's operating system.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifests.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and submissions meet deadlines.
• Oversee cargo intake and consolidation workflows at warehouse and terminal facilities.
• Track vessel status and notify delays or schedule shifts.
• Manage client queries and offer technical support to meet fulfillment goals.

Employment Type: Permanent | Position: Logistics Operations Coordinator (LCL Shipments) | Location: Jurong East | Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm) | Salary Package: Up to $3,700 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Manage LCL shipment planning by strategically consolidating cargo from various clients


• Maximize container space usage while maintaining cargo safety and operational standards


• Communicate effectively with external partners, warehouses, and carriers for seamless execution


• Handle export shipment bookings with relevant carriers and service providers


• Manage routing, vessel schedules, and cargo closing deadlines


• Provide contingency plans and alternative shipping options to fulfill client needs


• Maintain and update cargo data accurately within the company's operating system


• Prepare and review key shipping documents, such as House Bills of Lading (HBL) and manifests


• Ensure documentation accuracy and ensure submissions meet strict deadlines
