Job summary

SUCCESS RESOURCE CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics assistant to support daily order processing, shipping coordination, and customer liaison in Loyang, Changi. This 6-month temporary role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm, with compensation up to SGD 3,200 per month.

You will collaborate with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipments, handle inquiries and prepare monthly operational reports, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
• Knowledge of shipping terms and documentation (L/C).
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP.
• Meticulous, organized team player with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily order processing duties efficiently.
• Monitor truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and forwarders.
• Partner with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely shipment and delivery.
• Provide swift responses to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
• Record orders and shipments, ensuring up-to-date documentation filing.
• Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
• Plan weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to optimize supply chain flow.
• Prepare accurate monthly operational reports for management review.

Job Requirements
