Responsibilities

• Shipment planning and consolidation.
• Plan and coordinate LCL shipments by consolidating cargo from multiple customers.
• Optimize container space utilization while ensuring cargo compatibility and safety.
• Work with co-loaders, warehouses, and internal teams to build efficient consolidation plans.
• Booking and coordination with carriers or co-loaders for LCL shipments.
• Confirm sailing schedules, routing and cut-off times.
• Identify and propose alternative schedules to meet deadlines.
• Documentation and system updates; maintain shipment files.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including HBLs and manifests.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all documentation.
• Warehouse and cargo handling coordination; coordinate cargo receiving at warehouse/CFS.
• Ensure proper cargo labeling, packing and segregation for consolidation.
• Liaise with warehouse teams on stuffing plans and container loading.
• Shipment monitoring and customer service; track status and updates.
• Provide timely updates to customers on shipment progress and changes.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet delivery requirements.
