Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate and execute supply chain operations, liaise with transporters and customers, and support the Sales Team in servicing customers. The role involves outbound order processing, documentation, and ensuring LC payments are checked and aligned with banking requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in logistics with 2+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of L/C documents, Incoterms and

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of L/C documentation, Incoterms and shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute supply chain operations.
• Outbound order processing and documentation, including inputting orders and preparing invoices and packing lists.
• Support Sales Team, monitor L/C payments and liaise with banks for discrepancies.
• Coordinate with transport contractors, suppliers and customers for timely deliveries and clearances.
• Attend to insurance, customs clearance and other shipping matters.
• Input and maintain data in the business system; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ensure compliance with export control rules and regulations.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to coordinate, plan and execute supply chain operation


• Responsible for outbound order processing and documentation, including inputting orders into business system, review shipping documents and prepare Invoice & Packing List


• Provide support to Sales Team in servicing customers. Follow requirements from customer, check and monitor L/C payment, negotiate with checkers from bank for any discrepancy


• Liaise with internal and external transportation companies / departments for timely outgoing deliveries; coordinates with transport contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery to clearance shipments.


• Attend to matters such as insurance, customs clearance and other shipping matters


• Input and maintain data in business system, knowledge in SAP preferred


• Compliance to Export control rules and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics or other related discipline


• Must have 2 years related work experience


• Knowledge of L/C documentation, incoterms, shipping procedures
