You will escort clients to consultation rooms, serve refreshments, and keep the reception and meeting areas tidy and well-equipped to maintain a high standard of professional service.

Qualifications

• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong telephone etiquette.
• Approachable, personable, and professional demeanour.
• Working location: Havelock Road.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and present a professional image.
• Manage incoming calls and route enquiries to the appropriate legal teams or take accurate messages.
• Escort clients to consultation rooms and provide refreshments to maintain professionalism.
• Keep conference rooms prepared by refilling waters, arranging stationery, and resetting spaces for next meetings.
• Oversee reception area upkeep, ensuring clean, well-lit, and comfortable working conditions on the floor.
