Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is partnering with a prestigious global firm to recruit a highly professional receptionist for their Singapore CBD office. The role is front-of-house, highly visible and requires polished, discreet and well-organized individuals who can anticipate needs and manage senior visitors confidently.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of corporate reception experience, strong communication skills and the ability to host senior clients in a high-service environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of dedicated corporate reception or front-of-house experience in a prestigious global organization.
• Experience supporting VVIPs and high-profile clientele is highly valued.
• Polished, discreet and highly organized with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in premium professional services environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, candidates and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage front desk, calls, correspondence, couriers and deliveries.
• Coordinate meeting-room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
• Arrange visitor access, refreshments and other meeting requirements.
• Keep reception and shared spaces presentable and well supplied.
• Liaise with building management and external vendors on maintenance and services.
• Support new-joiner access, events and other office arrangements.
• Provide administrative support including expenses, documents and travel coordination.
• Handle sensitive information and visitor matters with discretion.
