Job summary

Cainiao Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced logistics professional to plan and refine the national road transportation network in line with the company’s development plan. You will build and manage a partner pool, optimize costs, and drive end-to-end transportation improvements.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, SOP creation, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven work experience in logistics, transportation & Last Mile delivery is a plus.
• Sense of data and structured thinking.
• Initiative, drive for results, and resilience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; open to intercultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan & refine national road tranporation network according to company's network development plan.
• Develop the local tranportation service suppliers / Partner pool to improve network expansion and refine the tranporation cost.
• Conduct continuous Improvement mananget with an end-to-end view including setting up SOPs and process re-engineering.
• Design and improve transportation e2e lead time, departure & arrival OTD rate, and other SLA metrics.
• Proactively to improve the cost of tranportation through operational improment and commercial partners improvment etc.
• Work with IT team to build and refine the transporation system to increase the transporation e2e visibility and efficiency.
• Undertake team management responsbilities to coach and train junior staff.
