Job summary

Fiveel Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Transport Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our logistics and transportation operations. You will lead a team of drivers, streamline delivery processes, and uphold high service standards.

You will implement efficiency improvements, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with Singapore regulations, and collaborate with clients and vendors to deliver reliable results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in transport, logistics, or fleet management (minimum 3–5 years).
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience handling driver teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges.
• Familiarity with logistics software, GPS tracking systems, and route optimization tools.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s transport regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transport and logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Manage and supervise a team of drivers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet utilization and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and customer satisfaction.
• Handle incident management, including vehicle breakdowns, delays, and emergency situations.
• Implement and maintain technology-driven solutions for tracking and optimizing deliveries.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare reports and provide insights on transportation performance, costs, and improvements.
