Airswift invites an experienced logistics professional to lead regional transportation network development across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will drive strategies to boost service performance, efficiency, and profitability while managing carrier relationships and supplier performance.

The role requires a strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and a track record of optimizing network design and growth initiatives in regional logistics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Supply Chain, Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related).
  • 10–15 years of experience in shipping, logistics, transportation, supply chain, trade management, or network planning.
  • Experience managing regional transportation networks, trade lanes, or logistics solutions.
  • Strong commercial understanding with experience supporting profitability and growth initiatives.
  • Proven success in managing carrier relationships, network performance, and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional network strategies to improve service performance, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Drive initiatives to improve equipment utilization, reduce repositioning costs, and enhance overall network productivity.
  • Support business growth through competitive transportation solutions and efficient network designs.
  • Assess market trends, customer demand, industry developments, and emerging trade opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial teams to support customer solutions, pricing strategies, and business expansion.
  • Contribute to trade lane profitability and long-term business planning.
  • Support commercial negotiations and strategic sourcing to ensure competitive service offerings.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to capacity, service reliability, and supply chain disruptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers and logistics partners.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities, service performance, and network coverage.
