ACEXCELLENT CONSULTING PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Service Support Executive to provide administrative and operational support to the Service team, ensuring smooth coordination of maintenance, repairs, installations, and excellent customer service for scientific equipment. Responsibilities include preparing quotations and contracts, coordinating preventive maintenance, and following up on service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field with minimum 2 years of experience in service coordination, customer support, or business operations
• Experience in scientific, laboratory equipment, devices, or consumables is an advantage
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
• Collaborative team player with ability to work across departments

Responsibilities

• Prepare service quotations, contracts, and related documentation
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown calls, and service requests
• Follow up on service jobs to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction
• Generate reports and maintain accurate service records and databases
• Liaise with customers, service engineers, vendors, and principals on service matters
• Support spare parts ordering, inventory tracking, and warranty administration
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and service documentation
• Leverage SAP/SAGE systems to support service operations and inventory management
• Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve operational goals
• Maintain meticulous organization and attention to detail in administrative processes
